Can the dough be eaten raw?

No, cookie dough is not safe to eat raw as it is made with flour and eggs. Bake the cookie fully accordingly to the baking instructions along the back of the package.

How should I store the cookie dough?

To ensure the freshness and quality of our cookie dough, we recommend storing it in the freezer immediately upon delivery. Our shipments include gel dry ice packs and an insulated box to keep the dough at the optimal temperature during transit. By storing the dough in the freezer, you can enjoy freshly baked cookies whenever the craving strikes. The dough can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months for peak freshness.

What is the shipping method and timeframe for orders?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority, which takes a guaranteed 2-3 business days for delivery. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your order and up to 3 business days for it to arrive to its destination after being shipped. To ensure the freshness of the cookie dough, we ship orders from Monday to Tuesday to avoid any delays over the weekend. If you do not receive your order by the 3rd business day, send an email to contact@homebodycookieco.com with your Order #. This is also detailed in the Shipping Policy.

What is Homebody Cookie Co.'s return policy?

Due to the nature of our product and the need for immediate freezing upon delivery, we do not accept returns on any cookie dough purchases. However, if your shipment arrives after the expected delivery date or if the contents are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@homebodycookieco.com, and we will assist you. Allow 24-48 hours for a response.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

No changes or additions to orders can be made after the order is placed. If a wrong mailing address is entered, the address cannot be changed. If the mistake is caught before the product has been shipped, a refund may be processed if contact@homebodycookieco.com is notified and you are free to place another order. Refunds are not processed for packages delivered to the wrong address if it was the address provided by the customer.

Is the cookie dough gluten-free or vegan?

The cookie dough is not gluten-free or vegan; however, it is nut-free, palm and seed oil-free, and free of preservatives and artificial flavorings.
