Refund policy

As the shipment is prepared with dry ice packs, it is imperative the contents are removed from the box immediately upon delivery and placed in a freezer. 

We do not accept returns on any cookie dough purchase. If the shipment arrives after the expected delivery date or contents inside are damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately at contact@homebodycookieco.com.
