Each package is shipped in an insulated box and with dry ice. Shipping is $24.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your order and up to 3-4 business days for it to arrive to its destination after being shipped. To ensure the freshness of the cookie dough, we ship orders from Monday to Tuesday to avoid any delays over the weekend.
Due to the nature of our product and the need for immediate freezing upon delivery, we do not accept returns on any cookie dough purchases or refund If an Incorrect address was input. However, if your shipment arrives after the expected delivery date or if the contents are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@homebodycookieco.com, and we will assist you.
